Kody, Robyn, Janelle, and Meri Brown fromSister Wivesmade the right decision by selling the Coyote Pass property in 2025. I have been watchingSister Wivessince it began in 2010. I havewitnessed Kody’s polygamous lifestyle evolveand decline over the past fifteen years. My favorite aspect ofSister Wiveshas always been the relationships between the cast members. I enjoyed observing Kody’s interactions with his former wives, Meri, Janelle, and Christine, while also navigating his relationship with Robyn. Although I couldn’t personally relate to Kody’s plural marriages, Ifound his family’s unique journey to be very entertaining.
Over the years, I saw Kody, Robyn, Meri, Janelle, and Christine attempting various new ideas to increase their income. Their mostsignificant business venture was My Sisterwife’s Closet, where they sold clothing and jewelryitems. The Brown family made aneffort to make My Sisterwife’s Closet successful, but the changed family dynamic made it difficult for them to sustain it. In 2021, Christine shocked me by permanently parting ways with Kody. She was weary of being in a loveless polygamous marriage, leading Janelle and Meri to also end their relationships with Kody.

The Coyote Pass Dream Began In 2018
Kody’s Polygamous Paradise Dream Has Ended
WhileSister Wiveshas featured a lot of drama over the years, I believe some moments have been more remarkable than others. The purchase of Coyote Pass is one of those incidents that truly impacted everyone in the Brown family.
In 2018, Kody, Robyn, Meri, Janelle, and Christine invested their hard-earned money into the Coyote Pass property. Thepolygamous quintet put $820,000 of their savings into buying the 14-acre propertywith the dream of building a future. Kody and his then-wives hoped to live close to each other, forming a close-knit community.
The Family Couldn’t Bring The Dream To Life
The Brown Family No Longer Owns Coyote Pass
I believe that Kody and his ex-wives made a significant mistake by purchasing Coyote Pass together.
This belief was confirmed when Kody separated from Meri, Janelle, and Christine, resulting in Coyote Pass becoming a major point of contention. I was surprised whenChristine relinquished her share of the property. On the other hand, I wasn’t surprised when theTLCstar divided the property in his own favor, giving Meri and Janelle smaller portions. However, I’m glad thatJanelle and Meri stood up for themselves and retaliated against Kody. They even discussed taking legal action to receive their rightful shares.
Coyote Pass Was Sold For 1.5 Million
The Land Was Sold For A Profit Of $680,000
I thought there would be a significant legal battle between Kody, Meri, and Janelle, but the trio surprised me by resolving things by themselves.
In April 2025, it was reported that Kody had sold Coyote Pass for over $1.5 million. I was shocked to hear that he had decided togive Meri and Janelle equal portions in the second, third, and fourth pockets of the land. The family ultimately made a profit of $680,000. I believe all theSister Wivescast members made a good profit on their initial investments, considering Christine didn’t take her share.
