Ark: Survival Ascendedis gearing up for the latest edition of its Easter event, Eggcellent Adventure.Arktypically runs a number of yearly events to coincide with major holidays, the most recent of those beingLove Ascendedback in February. These events include exclusive creatures, cosmetics, events, and more, and usually also coincide with increased experience rates to boost any progress you make while participating.
Eggcellent Adventure will run from now through the end of April, and will allow players to collect a variety of different Easter-themed emotes, cosmetics, and creatures. New tames include the Bunny Dodo and Bunny Oviraptor, rare variants of existingArkcreatures wearing bunny ear headbands. While the concept of Eggcellent Adventure isn’t new -Ark’s been running these events since 2016 - it’s a rare opportunity to win some colorful, one-of-a-kind loot. And there are a couple of new rewards exclusive to this year’s event, including a brand-new in-game egg hunt.
Everything To Expect From ARK: Survival Ascended’s Eggcellent Adventure Event
New Creatures, Chibis, Cosmetics, & More
This year’s edition of Eggcellent Adventure includes several new and returning creatures, cosmetics, chibis, and more. But before we get into those,a look at increased experience rates: in PvP and PvE, players will get double the Harvesting, Taming, Experience, and Breeding rates - three times on weekends. Small Tribes will get 4.5 times Harvesting, Taming, and Experience (5.5 on weekends), plus four times Breeding (five on weekends). ARKPocalypse servers will get a times-five multiplier across the board (six on weekends).
Event creatures this year are the Bunny Dodo and Bunny Oviraptor - again, these are variants ofexistingArkcreatureswith bunny ears. Nothing new here, unfortunately, as both of these are returning from previous years of Eggcellent Adventure. Uniquely, though,Bunny Dodos have a chance to lay bunny eggs, which can e used to craft event costumes (or simply used as decoration).
Chibis this year include the Bunny, Easter Chick, Jerbunny, and Spring Shinehorn, all recurring from previous events. These cosmetic mini-pets will likely all be available via hatching Bunny Eggs, ass they have been in previous years. Event items include the returning Festive Dino Candy and Bunny Egg, along with the new Flower Wreath.
Eggcellent Adventure also comes with a wide variety of weapon and armor skins, including several new releases this year. The new skins are as follows:
Two emotes are also available during Eggcellent Adventurethis year. Bunny Hop Dance Tail returns from previous years' events, and Flower Toss is new in 2025.
Finally,players can also participate in a special egg hunt by logging into the ClubARK social hub. There are 20 eggs hidden around the map - find them, take screenshots of your character standing next to all 20, and share them in theArkDiscord. The first few to submit all 20 will receive anArk: The Animated Seriescosmetic pack.

They may not be as expansive as a whole new map, but these smaller updates are just as vital to theArk: Survival Ascendedecosystem.
