Brie Larson, Jack Quaid, and two major stars join Amazon’s new comedy,Close Personal Friends. Amazon MGM Studios has announced thatBrie Larson, Jack Quaid, Lily Collins, and Henry Golding will starin their new comedy,Close Personal Friends. It will be directed by Jason Orley and written by Isaac Aptaker, who previously collaborated with Amazon on the 2022 romantic comedyI Want You Back.
Though plot details are being kept under wraps,Close Personal Friendsreportedly revolves arounda couple who meet and befriend a celebrity coupleduring a trip to Santa Barbara, and boundaries are crossed, tensions rise, and plenty of awkward comedy ensues. Shooting is set to start in London this September.
