Season 3 Reloaded forCall of Duty: Black Ops 6has been revealed, and the upcoming season will bring new maps, limited-time game modes,Warzonerewards, and more in this huge update.Events inBlack Ops 6have seen some criticism for being too straightforward in the past, but given how large this update is, there might be something for every type ofCoDplayer this coming season, and it’s releasing very soon.

As revealed on theCall of Dutywebsite,there will be two new maps coming to the game, a new game mode called Joint Operations, new perks, new zombies content, and much more.Warzoneis receiving new features and modes for Verdansk and a selection of new rewards. Season 3 will begin on May 1 at 9 a.m. PT/noon ET.

A Lot Is Coming In Season 3 Reloaded

A New Mode, New Maps, Zombies Updates, & More

Season 3 will see a new limited-time game mode called Joint Operations added to the game. In that mode,players will be tested in a marathon of sorts across several multiplayer mode variantsthat will introduce modifiers between each round, including visual impairment, third-person view, and low gravity.Season 2 previously introduced several new game modes, including the iconic Gun Game.

Two new maps will be introduced, Haven and Signal. Haven is a medium-sized map that will be featured in Core game modes. Signal will be a small-sized Strike map and will feature underwater traversal.

There will also be a new perk introduced called Vendetta, and its description reads:“On respawn, mark your killer’s last known position for a short duration. Get a bonus score for eliminating that enemy. The Vigilance Perk counters being marked by Vendetta.“Season 2 previously introduced a new perkas well, called Slipstream, which was deemed overpowered by a lot of the fan base.

The Zombies mode is also getting some significant additions. Anew mode called Zombie Snacks will see players attempt to keep their energy levels upfor bonuses. The mode will be playable on all five Zombies maps. The Frost Blast field upgrade will also be returning, as well as a new “Directed Mode” for the Shattered Veil map, providing round cap limitations and extra guidance when tackling the Main Quest.

Warzoneis also getting some updates to the Verdansk map, which will besticking around for quite a while.Two limited-time modes will be coming to the mapalong with high-value loot zones and new features. Finally, there will be new weapons, attachments, updates to the in-game store, and a new Event Pass for Season 3. Thepremiumpass will cost 1100 CoD Points.

This Is A Lot Of Content For All Types Of Players

Season 3 Reloaded is set to add a ton of new content toBlack Ops 6, and not just PvP updates, sothe majority ofCoDplayers will probably have a reason to jump back intothe most recent game. While some fans may take issue with the price of the premium Event Pass, all the content is included in a free update, so the surcharge for the Premium Pass is reasonable.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6remains a very popular game, so another huge free update will be a win for most fans. This update isn’t anything game-changing, but for most players, the substantial new additions like maps and modes should be enough. Players won’t have long to wait to experience Season 3 Reloaded, as the new season begins on Thursday.
