At any rate, purchasingCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remasteredwill unlock content forModern Warfareplayers in the form of the Underwater Demo Team Classic Ghost Bundle. Needless to say, this is pretty damning evidence that the previously leakedCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remasteredis real. Now the question is when will Activision decide to announce it? Well, a credible leaker has suggested that theModern Warfare 2remaster reveal dateis March 30, so it’s possible that the campaign reveal is just a few days away.

Some fans will note that the game title specifies that theModern Warfare 2campaign is remastered and not the multiplayer. Leakers have also said that theModern Warfare 2remaster will not include multiplayer, as Activision doesn’t want to risk splitting the community betweenModern WarfareandMW2. However, it’s been suggested that Infinity Ward will insteadincorporateModern Warfare 2’s maps into the newModern Warfaregame.MW2’s Rust is already in the game, so it wouldn’t be surprising to see other popularMW2maps added in the future as well.

With evidence mounting thatCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remasteredis on its way, fans should stay tuned for an official announcement from Activision orInfinity Ward.
