Previously announced as a five-issue limited series from Scott Snyder and Javi Fernández,DC K.O. will follow 36 of the universe’s strongest fighters as they battle in a high-stakes cosmic tournament.

Alongside Superman’s tournament gear, DC also debuted an intense trailer, in whichScott Snyder confirmed Darkseid’s new role as King Omega (K.O.),a title he earned after becoming more powerful than ever. The name of the event directly references this god-tier version of Darkseid, setting the stage for a cosmic showdown unlike anything the DC Universe has seen before.
DC also offered a sneak peek at Darkseid’s new King Omega form, which is available to view in the gallery above. The event will kick off with the prologue Justice League: The Omega Act#1, set to release on July 18, 2025. It will be followed byDC K.O.#1 on October 8, the official start of the event. The reading order then continues withTitans#28 (October 15),Superman#31 (October 22),The Flash#26 (October 22), andJustice League Unlimited#12 (October 22).
