With the start of Season 3, the world ofDiablo 4gets a large amount of new content and items, and the Mutilator Plate is one of them. ThisUnique Chest Armor for the Necromancer classnot only rewards lords of death with a decent stat bonus, but will also be a great addition to meta builds. Where To Find a Mutilator Plate
The first way to get Mutilator Plate inDiablo 4is to rely on luck.Starting with World Tier 3, players can find this and other unique items as random items during many end-game activities. Take part in World and Seasonal Events, challenging World Bosses, andexplore Nightmare Dungeonsand Vault, and you may get lucky eventually. However, the chance of success is negligible since, in addition to the rarity of unique items, it is worth considering that you may not get what you were looking for.
Alternatively, players canchallengeThe Beast in the Ice. This Uber boss is available on World Tier 4 and will be a serious challenge for any player. However, the chance of receiving a unique item after defeating this enemy is much higher.
To find this boss, go to theFractured Peaksarea and visit the southeastern Kyovashad Gatehouse. Next, go a little east until you reach the Glacial Fissure dungeon. The entrance to this high-level dungeon will only appear at World Tier 4, but this is not the only requirement. To enter this dungeon, players will need to use aGlacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil,which can be crafted by any Occultist if the player brings them 9 Distilled Fear and 250 Sigil Powder. Players can obtain Distilled Fear by completing Nightmare Dungeons Tier 30 or higher, and obtaining Sigil Powder involves recycling unnecessary Nightmare SIgils from the Occultist.
However, once you reach World Tier 4 and get the Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil, you shouldn’t expect 100% success. Of course, defeating The Beast in the Ice increases your chances of successfully obtaining unique items like the Mutilator Plate. However, you may also receive other rewards, or you may not be able to defeat this powerful enemy at all.
