Santa’s Outback Benderis a project from the Doomer Boards, led by AustralianDoomlevel designer glenzinho. The project is part of the wider Doomer Boards Projects, which is a monthly mapping event that looks to remove the limits on the originalDoomsource code.

Besides the maps looking more brown and orange rather than white, various aspects of Australian spirit can be seen including kangaroos, VB beer, and Vegemite spread. The mod’s title card even features Santa Claus surfing with koalas, an echidna, a platypus, and a cockatoo.
