Where to Find Asgardian Ingots
ForGod of War Ragnarokplayers looking to improve the level of their weapons and armor, the best way to get resources like Asgardian Ingots is to look around for chests. Chests are the primary method for getting this rare resource. Players should be aware that only certain kinds of chests will contain Asgardian Ingots.
The chest that players should be looking for is the one that is referred to in-game as a coffin. These coffins have a glowing red light emerging from the edges and can be very easy to spot from far away. Legendaryand Nornir chestsdo not contain Asgardian Ingots, and provide other kinds of valuable rewards forGod of War Ragnarokplayers instead.

One good area to get Asgardian Ingots is during the Animal Instinct Favor where players need to clear out raiders located in the Lake of Nine. Some of the camps have coffins that contain Asgardian Ingots, so players should keep an eye out for those.
Other Ways to Get Asgardian Ingots
Aside from the coffins, the only other place whereGod of War Ragnarokplayers can obtain Asgardian Ingots is by defeatingthe Flame Phantom bossthat is fought during the Nocturnal Predator Favor located in Vanaheim.
What Are Asgardian Ingots Used For?
Asgardian Ingots are used primarily in crafting and improving armor with Sindri and Brok. Lunda can also make items with Asgardian Ingots. A good example of this is depicted in the image above, whereupgrading Lunda’s Lost Beltto Level 7 costs two Asgardian Ingots and 13,500 Hacksilver.
The amount will vary, butGod of War Ragnarokplayers can expect to typically have to use anywhere from one to four Asgardian Ingots to craft or upgrade gear. Asgardian Ingots can also be used for crafting pommels for weapons like the Leviathan Axe and the Blades of Chaos.

While some materials can be sold for Hacksilver like Honed Metal and Slag Deposits, that is not the case for higher tier materials like Asgardian Ingots. So ifGod of War Ragnarokplayers need to sell some items for Hacksilver, they will need to find something else to do that with.
God of War Ragnarokis available now for PS4 and PS5.
