However, one citizen has other ideas. As the player makes their escape, the NPC launches a bale of hay in their direction, sending both them and their horse flying and failing the mission. Best of all, it doesn’t even seem to be accidental, as t looks completely intentional from the vigilante NPC.
TheNPCs inRed Dead Redemption 2are notoriously goofy, but this really does take it to a new level. In the thread itself, many users mentioned that the hay bale assault felt personal, and pondered about what the original poster must have done to get such treatment from the NPC. They did point out that UnsureAbsolute appears to kill multiple chickens at the beginning of the clip, so this could definitely be a case of instant karma.
It’s fortunate that players can have these kinds of unintended interactions in the game, as it seems thatRed Dead Redemption 2will be the premier Western video game for a very long time yet.
