How To Get Randy’s Throwing Knife

The Randy’s Throwing Knife Scout Rifle can only be obtainedby completing Crucible matches. This can be done in anyDestiny 2PvP activitysuch as Control, Trials of Osiris, Iron Banner, etc. However, it isn’t a guaranteed drop, so it may take a few runs before finally earning one. Leaving matches will not count either, and the gun will only drop when the game ends, win or lose.

Repeatedly playing Crucible matches will be the best method of obtaining the weapon. Whenever Iron Banner is the featured game mode for a week, that is always a great excuse to hop into the Crucible. It may take a few matches, but acquiring a Randy’s Throwing Knife is a manageable task as the featured Crucible weaponfor the currentDestiny 2Season. When Season 22 arrives in late August, players will be able to use Crucible Engrams to focus for the gun, making it much easier to obtain the perfect roll they want.

Randy’s Throwing Knife God Roll

When it comes to God Rolls, the Randy’s Throwing Knife has a lot to work with, so it’s hard to narrow down a perfect one. That said, this gun is so good for both PvE and PvP activities that the God Roll works well in each. Thus, the God Roll that players should be looking for isPerpetual Motion and Kill Clip.

Perpetual Motion grants the weapon increased handling, stability, and reload speed when the wielder moves. On the other hand, Kill Clip gives a 25% damage increase to the gun when the user reloads after a kill. This combo is fantastic for virtually all forms of content in the game. PvE or PvP, this weapon will excel in either.

As far as Barrel, Magazine, and Masterwork go, the user should mainly focus on the gun’s handling and stability for optimal kill times. Considering that, the best choices would be Arrowhead Brake for the Barrel, Ricochet Rounds for the Magazine, and a handling Masterwork.

Destiny 2is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
