Jurassic Park IIIis famously the worst one of the original trilogy, with it being a bizarre retread of the previous two movies, something that has left the movie as mostly forgotten by general audiences. 2015’sJurassic Worlddid have some fans when it was released, but it has been reassessed poorly, with it being a beat-for-beat retread of the originalJurassic Parkwith less thematic importance and more militarized raptors.

Jurassic World Rebirth’s story is also incredibly predictable. It is clear which disposable side characters are going to die from the very beginning, and the same can be said for the film’s twist villain. The characters don’t change at all, with them coming to the island with a goal, completing that exact goal, and leaving without any interesting narrative developments.
The film is also much uglier than its 1993 counterpart,with nearly every shot being backlit, continuing a horrible trend that has plagued Hollywood for years now. The pace ofJurassic World Rebirth’s editing is also incredibly odd, with it being full of unimportant inserts and cutaways that make viewers struggle to find their footing in a scene.
