When it comes to fans debating who Marvel’s Batman is, or the strongest comparison between the two companies’ superhero characters, there have been a variety of options. Many compare Bruce Wayne to Tony Starkor Black Panther because of his wealth and penchant for gadgets. People even draw comparisons between Daredevil and Batman, and not just because of Ben Affleck.

However, despite their many differences, it seems that Wolverine and Batman actually share plenty of similarities as well, even a design choice with their cowls. Their power-sets may be totally different, but they share the same cool factor, and are respectively two of comics’ biggest superheroes of all time. The upcoming Marvel/DC crossover could cement their parallels even further.
Deadpool and Wolverine have become a major duoin Marvel Comics and beyond, and it looks like as Marvel crosses over with DC, they’re going to recreate that magic by just swapping Wolverine for Batman. Wade Wilson probably annoys the two heroes in identical ways, andBatman and Wolverine share a tough, brooding, no-nonsense demeanor, especially compared to Deadpool’s silliness.

They may still have more differences than similarities, but Bruce and Logan do bring a similar presence to their comic adventures, and that will certainly be a factor in the upcoming Deadpool and Batman crossover specials. There might be other options for the publisher’s best equivalent forBatman, but Marvel Comics itself is directly comparing the iconic hero toWolverine.
