Mission: Impossible 8’s Submarine Sequence Makes Me Confident Deeper Will Be Amazing
Cruise Pulled Off A Thrilling Underwater Sequence In The Final Reckoning
For years, it has been clear that Cruise has a passion for filming sequences underwater. 2015’sMission: Impossible - Rogue Nationincluded a thrilling underwater stunt, and the newest movie in the series sees the actor dive deep into the sea to explore a sunken submarine. InThe Final Reckoning,Cruise’s Ethan Hunt traverses through the submarine that was previously seen at the beginning ofDead Reckoningto retrieve the source code of the AI program known as the Entity.
Even though thesubmarine sequence inMission: Impossible - The Final Reckoningincludes no dialogue, it still manages to be one of the best scenes in the entire movie. This sequence is also filled with so much tension, as the submarine is slowly tipping over the edge of an underwater cliff. All the effort that Crusie and his team put into this sequence makes it a highlight inMission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning, and proves thatDeeperwill also be filled with incredible underwater scenes that are bound to keep moviegoers on the edge of their seats.
