Check out what Dastmalchian said below:

So Mr. 3, even though he’s Mr. 3 in the Baroque Works, he’s going to be No. 1 in your hearts. He shoots candle wax out of his hands. As far as I know, I think it’s the only place that he shoots out of. He ate the Wax-Wax fruit. In the lore of One Piece mythology, which is one of the most brilliant constructs of a mythology, I think, that’s ever been created, because I’m a big comic book fan — you know that I love that world, baby! But [Eiichiro] Oda, who created One Piece, who’s been creating this for decades, the specificity and the way in which people get their special and unique superhuman abilities is most of the time from eating these different fruits. The Wax-Wax fruit that Mr 3. ate, which gave him this ability, not only can I shoot wax and control wax, which actually hardens, it becomes like cement, but also there’s flame that goes with it. Like how the candle would have a fire at the end of it. I don’t know if you know this about me, Ash, I feel like we know each other really well. We know a lot about me. I’m a candle nerd. It goes comic books, movies, music, candles. This is the thing, because I am a candle snob — not a snob, I’m a candle junkie. I got a gorgeous, beautiful $120 candle for Christmas this year that I love, and it stays in a special place that I can only light in a special times. I love it. But I will get, if the grocery store has a sale on the Yankees, and it’s the right smell and the right flavor.
