The last time we saw Jamie and Claire inOutlanderseason 7, they were recovering from the events of the Battle of Monmouth. With Claire’s injury mostly healed, the couple prepared to return to Fraser’s Ridge with their new ward, Fanny Pocock. However, somedetails about this young girl’s mother led Claire to believe that the woman, Faith, had been her own deceased daughter.

Faith Fraser died back inOutlanderseason 2when Claire suffered a miscarriage in Paris. It was a traumatic moment for both her and Jamie, and their lost daughter remained a sore spot for the next decades. Precisely how Faith could have lived is still unclear. It’s a question thatOutlanderseason 8 will have to answer. However, ahead of these new episodes,Blood of My Bloodhas added to the thrills.

Outlander’s Prequel Revealed That Claire Has A Secret Sibling

The news that Claire’s deceased daughter, Faith, might not have died after all is compounded by thebig reveal inOutlander: Blood of My Bloodthat the same is true for her parents. The prequel series revealed that rather than die in a car crash in the 20th century like they were supposed to, Julia and Henry Beauchamp traveled through time. Of course, that’s not all.

Not only did Julia survive, butshe was also pregnant with Claire’s younger sibling when she jumped through time. This is a massive revelation. Since Julia is never reunited with Claire in the 20th century, we have to assume that this baby was born in the past. When or where Claire’s parents and siblings are during the events ofOutlanderis unclear. However, it could easily connect to season 7’s Faith twist.

Outlander Season 7’s Faith Twist Could Be Connected To Claire’s Parents & Sibling

It’s quite a coincidence that several members of Claire’s family have suddenly turned out to be alive. In fact,it’s a bit too much of a coincidence. For decades, Claire has gone about her life believing that her parents had died, that she was an only child, and that her first daughter had been stillborn. In a short amount of time, all of these facts turned out to be entirely untrue.

There’s very little chance that these family members' survivals have nothing to do with one another.

There’s very little chance that these family members' survivals have nothing to do with one another.Outlanderseason 7 implied that Master Raymond brought little Faith back to life, but there’s still the question of who raised her.
