What The Cast Doing Their Own Stunts Means For Percy Jackson Season 2

Percy Jackson Earns A Bit More Realism

Though it is a fantasy story,Percy Jackson and the Olympianswill feel just a bit more realistic if the actors are doing their own stunts. This practice lends itself to a higher quality in the finished project, as the show won’t be evidently hiding the characters' faces or relying on CGI during the action. Thus, we are able to look forward to some fight scenes that look incredible.

This is additional work for the cast, who will have worked with stunt coordinators for safety, but Bushnell suggests that it elevates their performances. ThePercy Jacksoncast was great in season 1, but I am looking forward to seeing how these actors grow into the roles over the years, andby doing the stunts, they are learning more about how their characters push themselves.

Our Take On The Stunts In Percy Jackson Season 2

Percy Jackson Is Lucky To Have This Cast

The actors seem as though they could not be more excited about the new heights the story and the action will reach in the sophomore season. In addition to Bushnell’s comment on the stuntwork being a kind of method acting,Goodjohn hyped up Clarisse’s new stunts and costumes. Both Luke and Clarisse are further developed as characters in the secondPercy Jacksonbook.

It is fantastic forPercy Jackson and the Olympians, as a show that has the potential to go on for many more years, that the actors are enthusiastic about this work. As Clarisse is given her own quest and Luke continues to build his rebellion against Olympus, they and the other characters will be showing off all that they have learned at camp.
