Our Take On The Superman Box Office Report

As someone who has been championing the DCU since its announcement, I could not be happier aboutSuperman’s early box office reports. Ever since the debacle that saw Zack Snyder depart hisJustice Leagueproject in the mid-2010s, I have been under the impression that DC needed an overhaul in the creative sense.

When I heard this overhaul would be handled by James Gunn, I was overjoyed. Gunn has not yet missed where comic book movies are concerned, causing me to root forSupermanin a number of ways. Not only did I want the film to be good, which, based on reviews for the DCU movie, it is, but I also wanted it to be a success.
