Starting With A Shot Minaj Took At SZA’s Manager

The issue seemingly began on social media with Minaj taking a jab at SZA’s manager, Terrence Henderson (AKA Punch),who is also the president of SZA’s record label, Top Dawg Entertainment. Minaj alleged that Punch bullied her online for no reason, that she never responded to him, and she had the “receipts” of what occurred.

Not long afterward, SZA tweeted about “mercury retrograde” and “don’t take the bait lol sillygoose.” Minaj responded to this statement, claiming SZA had subtweeted her, further telling SZA to “draw her freckles back on” and that she “sounded like a f**g dead dog.” SZA went on to clarify thather mercury retrograde tweet wasn’t intended to be about Minaj.

Minaj went on to further insult SZA’s appearance, also calling into question her success, her ability as an artist, and that she’s a “fake girl” in the industry. While SZA has responded to some of these claims, it also seems as though she’s been trying to calm down the war of words, especiallywith the bigger issue causing Minaj’s ire.

This Is A Smaller Part Of Minaj’s Larger Beef With Jay-Z’s Roc Nation

The Rapper Has Taken Significant Aim At The Entertainment Company

Minaj has been locked in a lengthy social media blitz targeting Roc Nation, one of the company’s top artists, Megan Thee Stallion, Roc founder (and rapper) Jay-Z, and Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez. Minaj has already accused the company of allegedly engagingin tactics of sabotage and manipulation with the intent of harming her career.

Minaj has also celebrated a lawsuit being allowed to continue against Roc and Stallion from Stallion’s former cameraman and has criticized Perez for hypocritical behavior and allegedly having Perez’s own daughter forcibly committed. She’s also gone after Jay-Z for appointing Perez to CEO, allegedly owing her money, andclaiming Roc Nation used “bots” online to back their artists.

While these allegations have been more smoke than fire at this point,it remains to be seen where Nicki Minaj will go from here. For now, it appears as thoughSZAis distancing herself from the ongoing onslaught online.
