St. Denis Medicalmay not be returning to NBC and Peacock for season 2 until August 17, 2025, but the wait for new episodes is slightly easier thanks to Peacock.St. Denis Medicalwas created by Justin Spritzer & Eric Ledgin. However, the medical mockumentary wasn’t the first time these two had worked together.

Spritzer was also the creator ofSuperstore, another NBC workplace comedy. Ledgin wrote five episodes of the America Ferrera-led sitcom and was a producer on the first three seasons. From there,Spritzer went on to create another office-based comedy, with Ledgin serving as a writer and executive producer.

Sadie, played by Harriet Dyer, reveals that she and Jack, played by Tye White, hooked up prior to the events of the pilot. She spends the rest of the season trying to focus on her job while dealing with her feelings for Jack and his feelings for her.
