InWarhammer 40,000: Darktide, completing Penances earns players marks and cosmetics. The marks simply track players’ progress through the list of penances. The cosmetics inDarktideare varied and plentiful, though some players are disappointed with their quality. Regardless, there are portrait frames, armor, poses, and trinkets galore. A handful of these penances are seemingly impossible. Most require a significant investment of playtime to even make a dent in, but some are straightforward tasks that can be completed quickly.

Easy Penances
The following table presents a selection of the easiest Penances from each section. Tips are also provided for how to complete the more complicated ones. With these Penances tackled, players can get off to a good start with high marks and some flashy gear.

The only two sections that are excluded from the above table are “Heretics” and “Account.” The “Heretic” Penances aren’t easy to complete quickly. They would be if the game had a bestiary, but without one, it’s difficult to say exactly which enemies belong to each type.
