How much of a difference there will be between PC and console in your area will also vary per region, as some will have as little as one hour between their PC and console releases, while others may have as many as 10 hours between the two. The goal is always to offer players similar access, but this results in some unfortunate release times for certain regions. In general,console release times are aimed at being midnight local time, or as close to it as possible, while the real difference in release times primarily affects PC players.
