One such mount is available to the community. Unfortunately, the Sapphire Skyblazer is a promotional reward. By the number of dislikes onWoW’sofficial announcement, it is apparent that many players are upset by Blizzard’s marketing strategies this year. Regardless, there are a few ways to get the mount while it’s available.

How To Get The Sapphire Skyblazer

Gamers that purchase a new subscription will be given the mount, as well as the Imp in a Ball Toy as an added bonus. The promotion applies to those that have renewals in place already, so long term subscription holders will get the mount by default.

Community Requests Delayed Content

Once again it appears that Blizzard are doing their best to keep subscriptions up by adding content that the player base has to spend money on.WoWis a very old game, and companies need revenue to keep making new content and developing the game.

However,WoWgamers have seem these tactics play out several times and are still waiting on a lot of different additions to the game.  OG players are waiting for more Heritage Armors to be included in the game, as well asnewShadowlandscontentin general.

Other Concerns And Reactions

There is also growing concerns over character bots and scripts inShadowlandsas some of theconcurrent players have migratedover to the classicWoWtitles. In the gaming space, microtransactions have become a mainstay. Still, it is clear that a large portion of the player base is tired of the promotional marketing.

The announcement video released byWoWhas over 7k dislikes and just 1k likes. Perhaps it is a good time for Blizzard to address some concerns, as discontent is becoming more apparent while 6 month subscriptions expire.
