Ocean’s 14 Bringing Viola Davis’ Character Back Would Be Genius
Ocean’s 14 Should Contemplate Giving Viola Davis A Bigger Role
Viola Davis is one of theOcean’scast members who must return forOcean’s 14. From her minor role inOcean’s Eleven, Viola Davis has blossomed into one of America’s finest actors. Or, at least, one of its most up-and-coming.Davis is a veritable action star, dominating the preposterous 2025 movie G20. This energy would be perfect for theOcean’sfranchise, which took a ludicrous turn inOcean’s 13. This move to the silly, funny, and absurd suited the movie franchise perfectly, given it had always had such a strong sense of humor.
The upcomingOcean’s 14moviehas lots to consider, bearing in mind it may be the final outing for the franchise. This would make sense — as Clooney commented, the cast has aged significantly, and the movie could explore aging conmen adjusting to life after retirement and suddenly being thrown into chaos again. This would make a great capper to the franchise.Bringing Viola Davis back as a law enforcement officer would make so much sense, given she also startedOcean’s Eleven, having always been a strong presence in the franchise.
